The bottom gluing machine ZB50B is a hand feeding machine which using hot-melt gluing with 4 spray nozzles. Controlled by sensors, each spray nozzle can be adjusted for the gluing length and thickness independently or work synchronized.

In combination with the optional pressing/compaction output unit, you will achieve perfect quality paper bags, free of any production marks.

Automatic gluing using spray nozzles, automatic pasting and bottom folding, pressing and finished bag output all in one uninterrupted work-flow.

All machine operations and size changes are intuitive, easy and fast using touch screens and photoelectric switches. High speed, stable and reliable operation guarantees high quality production on time.

With its hot-melt, 4 spray nozzles gluing system this is an ideal machine to produce high quality paper bags, including luxury goods and heavy load paper bags – whether you have large or small order quantities. Nordson hot melt gluing system is an upgrade option.

The ZB50B works best alongside our automatic paper bag machines or bag tube forming machines, producing bags with or without bottom reinforcement card.
