The bottom gluing machine ZB50B-2 for paper bags is our upgraded model, using hot-melt gluing with 4 spray nozzles. Controlled by sensors, each spray nozzle can be adjusted for the gluing length and thickness independently or work synchronized.

In combination with the optional pressing/compaction output unit, you will achieve perfect quality paper bags, free of any production marks.

The automatic bottom vacuum servo feeder provides non-stop feeding and thereby labor-saving production efficiency. All machine operations and size changes are intuitive, easy and fast.

With its hot-melt, 4 spray nozzles gluing system this is an ideal machine to produce high quality paper bags, including luxury goods and heavy load paper bags – whether you have large or small order quantities. Nordson hot melt gluing system is an upgrade option.

The ZB50B-2 works best alongside our automatic paper bag making machines or bag tube forming machines, producing bags with or without bottom reinforcement card.
