The bottom gluing machine ZB50S for paper bags is our most advanced model, offering automatic non-stop feeding, automatic bottom opening as well as automatic bottom card insertion for bottom reinforcement.

The standard configuration of a ZB50S includes a Nordson hot-melt system with 4 spray nozzles. Controlled by sensors, each spray nozzle can be adjusted for gluing length and quantity independently, or work synchronized.

In combination with the included compaction output unit table, you will achieve perfect quality paper bags, free of any production marks.

The automatic bottom vacuum servo feeder provides non-stop feeding and thereby labor-saving production efficiency. All machine operations and size changes are intuitive, easy and fast.
